I do yoga and once I stretched my left leg a bit more. Since then my muscle or my tendon hurts every time I do stretching. I’ve tried a bit of a paste supposed to heal it, but still hurts. Is it serious?
It is nothing serious don’t worry same thing happened to me. Jacuzzi and rubbing hurt place helps a lot if you cant get to jacuzzi than use a hot water in a tub.

Im in karate and i wanna know some tips and stretches i can do so i can get into splits faster and kick higher
I’m sure they’ve given you good stretches to work with you just want to make sure you do them often. Always make sure you stretch warm muscles. Go as far as you can feel it but it doesn’t hurt. Hold it for 10 seconds then push further another 10 then push further and other 10. Try to stretch 6 times a week. After a heavy workout a hot bath will help keep your muscles from tensing up too much. A hot tubs better if you’ve got it. LIGHT stretching after that will add to the benefit.
How to grow taller
I’ve grown an inch and a quarter since I last measured myself? At age 45? Is it the goat’s milk?
From an article I just read:
“Another method that you can use to grow taller is exercises such as uphill sprints or squats that will work some of the bigger muscle groups. Working these muscle groups in short duration at a high intensity will no doubt facilitate the growth process.”
I have been doing squats and sprints, so maybe that’s part of the answer.

“include plenty of protein and carbohydrate supplements in your diet before and after exercises. This will ensure that you have the right body with the best looks. Including large quantities of milk and seafood in your diet can help you a lot because; it gives your body the best way to balance the exercises.”

What is the best stretching type because I’ve heard of ballistic/dynamic?
What is the best one or the best exercises? Especially for legs,because I will start kickboxing and I would like to work the leg flexibility
I do MMA and kickboxing and that sort of stuff and i’m really good with flexibility. I usually do all the basic stretches ( Butterfly stretch, split, side splits, touch the toes, etc.) If you can not do splits just try your best eventually you will be able too. Also if you have like a half wall you can grab on to that and hold up a kick with good form for about a minute as high as you can go, if you don’t feel this one your defiantly doing it wrong cause this one should hurt, it builds allot of muscle. You can do 100 kicks in a row and a very fast pace (make sure the kicks are as high and in your best form) in a neutral stance with your guard up this is a good cardiovascular workout and it strengthens and flexes your legs. I hope this helps you can always find more things online and even when your just watching T.V. or something you can always stretch.
