A different kind of warm up for the legs. You can use this for a warm up for most leg workouts, weather it be for body building, running, toning. Of course if you are into body building, you still wanna do light sets of what ever exercises you’re doing to warm up as well.

It’s not a sin, and no, you cannot magically grow to 6′2 if you started out with only 4′10". Average gain is 3 inches.
Disadvantages:
-8 surgical breaks in your leg.
-Months spent in a frame screwed into your leg
-Constant risk of infection due to the screws
-Excruciating pain, as the device slowly cranks the broken bones apart, so new bone can fill in between.
-Cost at around 100,000k, you will not be able to get insurance to pay for this elective procedure.
This stretch should only be done by already flexible dancers. You want to attempt this with caution, making sure the girl who is holding the stretch is in control. This is a great exercise for anyone who already has a nice leg extension and is looking to make it even better.

Pilates and yoga (which involve a lot of stretching) can make your legs leaner and therefore appear longer, so yes I think stretching can help.
I wouldn’t cut out meat. Meat gives our bodies the protein it needs to build lean muscle, something veggies can’t provide. Lean muscle makes the legs look thin and toned without looking bulky.
Jogging/ running will also make your legs look longer and slimmer if you do it often enough (like 2-3 days a week)
Posted under Leg StretchingAbout 6 months ago, I think I over stretched my leg. So now when ever I sit for long periods of times, my right leg (the back above the back of the knee) hurts. Since I am going on a long flight soon, is there anything I can do to make sure it doesn’t hurt?
Sounds like the muscle is partially pinched and the sitting in one position for too long allows the muscle to cramp up. The muscle needs to be released for that pain to go away. Here is how you can release that muscle:
While sitting in a chair, feet flat on the floor, bent at the knees, wrap both hands around the muscle just behind the knee and squeeze and hold a good amount of pressure on the leg. Now relax the rest of your body. After holding the pressure on the muscle for one minute, slowly slide that foot forward until the leg is fully extended, then release the pressure but continue to hold your leg extended for another 30 seconds. You should be ready to go after doing this.
