<br />Everyday. Remember to warm up before you do stretching though!</p>
<p>If you want to get your splits quicker,stretch everyday for an hour. If you stretch every other day,you may not get your splits as quick. It all depends on time,patience and how hard you are working to get your splits! good luck</p>

Note: During Progress routines, pure relaxed stretches are not used in Hamstrings Flexibility System.<br />
Toes, Heel, Loose (THL) Technique is applied to relaxed stretches to make them more effective.</p>
