this is how i stretch to improve my splits. another thing thats not on here is my little pre-stretch dance haha it really helps though. i dance around for about 2-3 minutes and do some kicks but i would have looked stupid if i did that on here

well if its not a knee problem, then i would suggest working on lunges and doing exercises that stretch your joint at the top of your leg (whats that called? lol) and stretches you can feel in your hamstrings. stretch both sides evenly! good luck

work on lunges and stretches that focus on hamstrings & thighs. it should help the side splits! make sure that you keep good form all the time! its very important because if you stretch really far with incorrect form, its not going to look good and you could hurt yourself. try surfing around on here for more splits vids! good luck!

hmmm im like you too. better at left than right. i continue to stretch both sides equally and as correctly as possible but maybe you could try giving the right leg a little more time in stretching to compensate for it being less flexy than the left. good luck!
